Do you offer commercial dishwasher equipment?
Yes, we work with our customers by offering rent, lease and purchase options. Our equipment comes with 24 hour service to keep your business running.
Do you offer on-site liquid monitoring service?
Yes, we offer state of the art technology to monitor your liquid’s flow and tank level. Our cloud system permits you to adjust any time, liquid flow that might not be accurate or efficient for your laundry machine or dishwasher.
Do you have environmentally friendly products available?
We have a full line of environmentally friendly products available for our customers requesting such.
Is the customer's refill centre customizable?
We do an on-site assessment to provide appropriate-sized containers that will provide the customer a monthly supply of the filled liquid. Our refill centres have both WHMIS approved labels, and easy-to-use reference charts to ensure the correct product is used for each required application.
What is the first step to get a refill centre set up at my business?
You can call or set up a booking via our Google Listing, and we would schedule an on-site assessment with yourself. Following this, you will be provided with a product option listing with prices to suit your requirements.
What kind of support and/or follow up does your Refillery Model offer?
We offer 24 hour on-call service, which will answer any questions related to your liquids. We also have optional tank level sensors that will alert us if the tank is at low level., or at risk of running out prior to your scheduled delivery – triggering action from our technicians.
How does the monthly billing process work?
When the delivery comes to your location, our technician will fill your tanks monitored by metered pumps. We will provide a print out on-location as to how many litres pumped into your refill centre. You will receive an invoice shortly thereafter, giving you 30 days to settle your bill.
