How We Got Here
Inspiration Strikes
In 2019 Canada was well on it’s way to zero plastic waste model and one day we noticed a massive gap in the janitorial supply industry. Why was no one in the hospitality industry using a refillery model for their cleaning liquids?
Market Testing
With an idea that we could create a tailor-made delivery system for janitorial liquids burning a hole in our imaginations, we began testing the market to find out where our offer would fit best. We tested the idea in Gyms, Care-Homes, Restaurants & Hotels, generating intense interest every time we presented the idea. We even tested out some industrial applications and within short order we quickly discovered that the hospitality industry was the place where our offer could really shine.
Commence R&D
We got to work immediately developing a system that would allow us to store massive quantities of liquids, transfer them to a mobile refillery as needed, and then move those liquids from our refillery to holding tanks at a customers’ location. With that done, we got to work developing our own unique cleaning solutions and formulas, giving us a totally unique product and service from front to back.
Business Launch
After a whirlwind 6 months, and with our systems and solutions all in place, we launched Rethink Bioclean in Regina Saskatchewan in 2020, offering a Zero Plastic Waste solution for the local Hospitality Industry. Within days we had a handful of customers, and within weeks word was spreading. Today we are proud to serve more than 200 accounts across Saskatchewan, another 200 accounts across Ontario, and we are set to expand across Canada in 2023 as Canada’s first Janitorial Liquids Refillery.

An advocate for mental health and spiritual growth, Dawn brings skills in Advocacy, Spiritual Support and a holistic approach in pursuing positive outcomes for both Rethink Bioclean and the greater communities we serve. Dawn spends her time co-directing operations in partnership with her husband Philip.
